My Approach…
I am a guide to help you find your highest power and capacity to be the person you have dreamed of becoming. The person living their next level life, love and relationship that inspires and motivates you to be your highest expression every day. I offer you a space that facilitates a deep connection with your soul, and access to the inherent wisdom and love that is available when you learn the language of your higher self and nurture this profound relationship.
Through specific practices and tools I invite you to access and open your heart and other energy centres to feel and know your truth, to experience and trust your intuition, and to discover the magic of your love and true heart’s desires, that will take you further along your evolutionary path.
I will encourage you to be courageous and kind with yourself. To develop a deeply loving and intimate relationship with every part of your being. We’ll journey into territory unexplored, revealing the light and the shadow, holding all of it with reverence, love and safety so you can take the actions you need, while feeling more joy, acceptance and pleasure in the experience.
You will become intimate with yourself, what you love, how you think and what you believe. Your reality will be challenged. Your truth will be revealed. Your life will change. You will change. You can expect to have transformation and feel more empowered to live your life in a way that inspires more passion and vitality from within.

About me…
After a brief career in marketing, my true calling led me to dive courageously into the realms of higher love & life’s mysteries. Uninspired by what I saw ahead of me in the competitive and soulless environment of a corporate life in the 1990’s, I quit my career and became a successful business owner and leader in the world of natural medicine, yoga, meditation and the healing arts for the next 25 years. It was a bold move at the time but my heart guided me and I have been rewarded ever since in countless soul and life enriching ways.
I have journeyed life for 50+ years and in that time have earned the titles of boss, mother, wife, widow, daughter, sister, friend, lover and wise woman. I have a degree in business and qualifications in multiple healing modalities with certifications in the Vita Method of Sacred Love, Sex & Relationship Coaching, the Natural Success curriculum for Intuition & Creative Development and Classical Tantric Yoga Teacher Training.
I am devoted to my daily yoga and meditation practice even though it took me a really long time to find my love of discipline. I have been blessed to be the student of several incredible mentors and spiritual teachers and my journey of learning, evolution and mastery continues to feed my body, mind and soul every day.
